Delicious Recipies
I purchased this book after Lee holmes 'Heal Your Gut" book. It has many delicious recipies in in based around Ayurvedic meals. There are seasonal recipie suggestions ranging from meals, treats, salads, smoothies and everything inbetween. So far it had been another great book recipie wise and information wise by Lee.
