Serving suggestions: For best results, consume 1 serve (15g) per day. To reduce plastic waste, Chief does not include a scoop. Simply mix 2 heaped tablespoons into 300ml of water and stir with a spoon, shaker, or blender.

Collagen peptides can survive temperatures as high as 300°C, making collagen one of the few protein powders that may be used in hot drinks, cooking, and baking. It dissolves just as well in hot or cold water:
