We ship with Australia Post and offer two delivery options:
Parcel Post – Free over $75 AUD
$8.95 for orders under $75 AUD
Target delivery times (plus 1–2 business days for dispatch):
- Sydney Metro: 1–2 business days
- Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra: 2–4 business days
- NSW, VIC, ACT & QLD towns: 3–5 business days
- SA, WA, TAS & NT major towns: 4–8 business days
- Regional & remote areas: 6–10 business days
Express Post
- $9.95 for orders over $150 AUD
- $14.95 for orders under $150 AUD
- Target delivery: 1–3 business days
Christmas delivery
To give your parcels the best chance of arriving before Christmas, please place your order by the dates below.
Australia Post – Parcel Post
To have your parcel delivered with Aus Post Parcel Post Standard Delivery in Urban areas in time for Christmas.
Please allow extra days for delivery in rural and remote areas.

- 19th December for NSW
Australia Post – Express Post
- 18th December for NT, TAS, WA
- 19th December for SA
- 22nd December for NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD
International Standard

- 28th November for the rest of the world
Australia Post experiences very high volumes during November–December, so we recommend ordering early wherever possible. Parcels sent after the cut-off dates will still be delivered as quickly as possible, but may arrive after Christmas.

Order dispatch & tracking
We aim to send out all orders the following working day.We pack and ship orders Monday to Friday (excluding NSW public holidays). Once your order is packed, you'll receive a tracking number by email to follow your parcel’s journey via Australia Post.
You can track your parcel using the Australia Post Tracking Tool or the AusPost app.
