We offer two shipping options in Australia with Australia Post:

Parcel Post Delivery - FREE for orders over $65 AUD (and $8.95 for orders under $65 AUD).

With the following targeted shipping times, plus 1-2 days for dispatch.

• Sydney Metro: 1-2 business days

• Other NSW, ACT & major East Coast cities (e.g., Melbourne, Brisbane): 2-4 business days

• South Australia: 3-5 business days

• Western Australia, Tasmania and Northern Territory: 4-8 business days

• Regional and remote areas – 6-12 business days

Express Post Parcel Delivery - targeted delivery of 1-3 business days.

• $9.95 for orders over $150 AUD

• $14.95 for orders under $150 AUD

Please allow an additional 1-2 days for your goodies to be lovingly packed.

Please note that shipping fee and gift vouchers cost do not count towards the $65 threshold for free delivery.

We aim to send out all orders within the following working day.  

We send orders out Monday - Friday, but are closed on all New South Wales public holidays. 

As soon as your order has been packed, we will email you with your parcel’s tracking number to track with Australia Post.  

Your Nourished Life goodies are delivered to you in our eco-friendly, 100% recyclable cardboard boxes. 

To track your order, simply enter your order tracking number on the Australia Post Tracking Tool or AusPost tracking app. We’ll email you your tracking number as soon as your order has been packed and is ready to be picked up by our courier.

Both are free and allow you to use these handy tools, such as:

• Estimated delivery dates 

• Request to have eligible parcels left in a safe location if you’re not home
