    Adults: Take 1.3g (½ teaspoon) once to twice a day.

    Stir into hot water and add honey or maple syrup with your milk of choice for a delicious infusion. Alternatively, add to tea, coffee, hot chocolate, or a smoothie.

    Inonotus obliquus (Chaga mushroom)*, Ganoderma lucidum (Reishi mushroom)*, Hericium erinaceus (Lion's mane mushroom), Cordyceps sinensis (Cultivated CS-4 mycelium), Agaricus blazei (Agaricus mushroom), Lentinula edodes (Shiitake mushroom), Wolfiporia cocos (Poria mushroom), Grifola frondosa (Maitake mushroom) 10:1 extract powders.
