This week Georgia from The Blue ingredient is keeping us in shape and glowing from the inside out with her awesome green smoothie bowl recipe. Packed full of superfoods, this delicious breakfast (or snack) will have you feeling energised and satisfied all day.
It's also a great meal to include in your everyday diet (especially if you're on a detox!) as it gives you a big hit of greens, protein, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals in one delicious serving, plus it's super easy to make.
1 large frozen banana
¼ cup almond milk
1 large handful baby spinach
½ tsp macca powder
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp natural yogurt
1 tsp honey
1 tsp shredded coconut
¼ cup of preferred granola
1 large strawberry
1. Put banana, honey, yogurt, almond milk, baby spinach and macca powder into blender, and blend till smooth
2. Pour into a bowl and decorate with granola, strawberries, chia seeds and coconut.
