You’ll need:

1 cup almond nut butter

¼ cup Coconut Oil, melted

2 tablespoons raw cacao butter, finely chopped

¼ cup Cacao Powder

¼ cup rice syrup

2 tablespoons of Melrose MCT Oil Kick Start
How to:

Set up a bain-marie (a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water).

Gently melt all ingredients except the synbiotic in the bowl, stirring to combine.

Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.

Pour into a loaf tin lined with baking paper.

Refrigerate overnight or until fully set.
