What it does

White tea is the least processed brew on the market, which is why we're such a huge fan of it at Nourished Life. In China, it's actually been used as a medicine for centuries, and the western world is just catching up. White tea's power comes down to its antioxidants: those nutrients that protect the body from free radicals.

Because it's loaded with antioxidants, the organic herbal tea is a tonic for beauty and wellbeing. It's hailed as an anti-ageing hero. It slows the breakdown of collagen and elasticin, which helps skin to stay firm, strong and supple for a longer period of time. It can even reverse the signs of sun damage and stress. While drinking the tea is great, actually applying it to skin has the best effect – many natural therapists believe doing this can delay the ageing process.
