Formulated for mature or pigmented skin, the 100% Pure Fermented Rice Water Cleanser gently exfoliates skin and brightens sun spots and hyperpigmentation. It has a lightweight texture and leaves skin clean, refreshed and radiant.
The cleaner”TMs base is fermented rice water (sake), which is packed with enzymes, ferulic acid and amino acids to clear pores, stimulate skin cell turnover and fight free radicals. Sake is rich in antioxidants and kojic acid, and together these work to even out skin tone and inhibit the production of melanin (the darker pigments in skin).
It also benefits from brightening vitamins and minerals, such as white mulberry, lemon, papaya, pineapple, liquorice and shiitake mushrooms. Liquorice is an anti-inflammatory that soothes the skin, and bergamot nudges the skin to heal and regenerate.
