These innovative BioBag Compostable Bin Liners have been specially designed to line kitchen compost caddies and household bins, and are made from plant starch that has been sustainably sourced. Created to break down at the same rate as food scraps, they are completely compostable in both well-functioning home compost systems and commercial systems that are supported by council kerbside (green bin) collections.

Unlike degradable and landfill biodegradable bags that simply break down into thousands of particles of polluting microplastics, BioBags comply with the Australian Standard for compostability, which means they genuinely biodegrade into plant food and soil fertiliser. Offering the strength of regular plastic bags they are an easy, hygienic and environmentally friendly solution for both household and commercial kitchens and, as they will also break down in landfill, make an excellent alternative anywhere a bin liner is used.

BioBag Compostable Bin Liners are available in 4 sizes:

8 Litre, for small kitchen scrap and compost caddies. Can also be used to take to the shops to store produce instead of using the plastic bags provided.
