    Arnica is a herb which is traditionally used in classical homeopathic medicine to help relieve minor aches and pains caused by bruising and similar mild injuries after bumps or falls.

    If symptoms persist, talk to your healthcare professional. Keep all medicines out of reach of children. Store below 30°C, away from direct sunlight and strong smelling substances. Always read the label. Follow the directions for use. This is a homeopathic product.

    Adult/Children: Dissolve 2 tablets in the mouth four times daily, at least 15 minutes before meals, or as directed. In acute cases repeat 1/4 to 1/2 hourly up to 6 doses. Reduce the frequency of doses and stop taking the remedy as relief is obtained.
