How to use

For an equivalent of 5ml of liquid, take one capsule. For best results, take one capsule, three times a day before meals.

Recommended intake is 2 tablets daily, to be taken with or without food.

Not suitable for children under 15 or pregnant women. Store in a cool dry place away from sunlight. If seal is broken or tampered with do not use.
