Marula Oil is harvested from fruit seed kernels of the Marula trees, indigenous to Southern Africa and Madagascar. Marula oil is super rich in proteins and essential fatty acids (Omega 6 & 9) and is known for its wonderful hydrating ability as it is easily absorbed into the skin where it works to reduce transepidermal water loss, leaving skin nice and plump. These moisturising benefits also help to treat chapped skin, reduce the appearance of skin redness and scarring, and minimise fine lines.

The Essentials Marula Oil™ from Acure is 100% natural, cold pressed, unrefined, wildcrafted and part of the Marula project which provides economic empowerment to the South African women who harvest and process this beautiful oil.
