Glossary of Ingredients

What it does

Lavender is a common ingredient in skincare due to its antiseptic and anti-fungal properties which help to speed up healing, reduce scarring and fight acne-causing bacteria.
Lavender is also great for acne because it tones and firms your skin.

Besides soothing acne-prone skin, lavender oil is an excellent treatment for eczema as it relieves itching and decongests the irritated patches of skin by adding moisture.

The soothing aroma of lavender also helps to relieve stress, tension and inflammation, all of which cause premature skin ageing. It also boosts the circulatory system, therefore increasing the flow of nutrients and oxygen to skin cells.
