In times of stress, low immunity, or when you feel you just need a boost, natural herbal supplements can give you a helping hand in maintaining your health. While they can't replace a balanced, healthy diet, supplements and multivitamins can provide support for any minor gaps in your vitamin and mineral levels.1 Recommended by our Nourished Life Naturopath Mel, Fusion Health's range of totally natural herbal supplements was started in 1999 in Byron Bay by naturopath and medical herbalist Paul Keogh as well as health industry expert Geoff Teasel. Keoghโ€™s clinical experience formulating Chinese and Western herbal extracts for his patients inspired the brand after he noticed the dramatically increased results of patients taking Chinese herbal extracts.

Built upon the principles of traditional Chinese medicine, Fusion views the body, mind and spirit as scientifically interconnected. They use only the highest quality Chinese herbs and modern active ingredients from around the world, and are as fussy as I am about the ingredients they don't include, such as artificial colours, flavours and preservatives, as well as common allergens such as gluten, wheat, yeast and nuts. The Fusion range is extensive, so I've put together a little guide to help you decide which supplements will be the best for your health needs.

Beauty supplements

Hair Tonic
The Fusion Hair Tonic contains herbs traditionally used to promote hair growth as well as colour and condition, supporting strength, volume, thickness and lustre. It can also assist in managing hair loss and thinning, helping to inhibit premature ageing and poor hair condition such as weak, dry or brittle hair and split ends thanks to Phytofolยฎ (Fallopia multiflora), which may work by promoting the growth phase of the hair growth cycle.
