So for years and years I went about my day full of stress and exhaustion until I finally actually tried it and WOW!!! I had no idea that there are over 600 official research studies on the benefits of meditation from the best universities in the world.

I recently did my first meditation course at the ’Still Your Mind Meditation School’ where we learnt Deepak Chopra’s mantra meditation. The course started with the theory of meditation and what actually happens when we meditate ’ You wouldn’t believe how many experiences you can have once you learn how to sit silently for 20 minutes. For me the whole course was one of the most mind opening and wonderful experiences I have ever had. The best part of the course was the huge burst of energy I had that lasted for the rest of the day, that was 3 weeks ago and I’ve meditated almost every day since.
