It is the perfect time to gently nourish our bodies, undoing any damage we may have done leading up to Christmas and New Years, with this perfectly nourishing Superfood Smoothie.

Nourish your life with this delicious Summer Superfood Smoothie created for us with goodies from the Nourished Life shop by Health & Fitness Coach Helen Walker.

With summer comes long, warm nights, lazy days at the beach, and the pace of life just seems to slow right down. It is the perfect time to gently nourish our bodies, undoing any damage we may have done leading up to Christmas and New Years, with this perfectly nourishing Superfood Smoothie.

Ingredients:
1⁄2 organic banana
1 pouch of frozen acai puree (or powdered acai)
1 small handful frozen organic blueberries
3/4 cup coconut water
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon organic raw maca powder
2 teaspoons Vital Greens Superfood Powder.

Method:
1) Combine ingredients in blender until smooth
2) Pour into a glass and enjoy. Try topping with some chia seeds or bee pollen for a decorative flair with even more nourishing benefits
