Not only does it taste AMAZING but it's packed full of healthy superfoods with just the right amount of sweetness, making it the perfect 'clean treat' to satisfy your craving.

Ingredients

Base:
1 cup dates
1 cup natural almonds
1 tsp coconut oil

Caramel:
1⁄2 cup tahini
1 cup dates
1⁄2 cup coconut oil
1⁄2 cup raw cashews (soaked in 1/3 cup water for an hour, covered)
1⁄2 cup maple syrup
1tsp vanilla essence
Pinch Himalayan salt

Chocolate:
1⁄4 cup coconut oil
1⁄4 cup maple syrup
1⁄2 cup cacao powder

Method

Base:
1. Put base ingredients into a food processor and pulse until a fine crumb texture
2. Line tray with coconut oil
3. Press mixture into tray
4. Place in freezer

Caramel:
1. Put caramel ingredients into food processor until completely smooth
2. Pour over base and place back into freezer

Chocolate:
1. Put chocolate ingredients into a saucepan and stir until smooth and resembles chocolate sauce (this should only take a few moments)
2. Before pouring this over caramel, make sure that caramel is set (roughly an hour in the freezer)
3. Place back in the freezer for another hour
