How you start each morning really sets the tone for the rest of your day. That's why it's so important to kickstart your day with rituals to calm your mind and energise your body! If you have a tendency to keep hitting the snooze button, my first tip is to get into a habit of waking up earlier! This will allow you to become more productive while avoiding the panic of sleeping in. To start your morning right, here are my top 5 morning rituals!
1. Practice yoga!
I know this may seem like a luxury (especially if you're time poor in the mornings!) but once you get into the habit of waking up and practicing yoga, you'll feel much more prepared for the day ahead. It really helps to clear the mind and stretch out any tension in the body. If you're going to be doing yoga every day it's so important to be very comfortable so you look forward to your workouts!
