Hi everyone, it is Irene here, the founder of Nourished Life. I wanted to take a moment to post a quick update on our Covid-19 response and our commitment to packaging & handling and safe delivery practices so you can confidently buy online safely.
Since starting Nourished Life nearly 10 years ago, the health of my readers, customers, and staff has always been my number one concern. Given the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, I wanted to provide a quick update on our coronavirus response and reassure you that we remain committed to your health and safety during these uncertain times.
Below, I've put together a list of frequently asked questions about our operations, packaging and handling at this time.
At Nourished Life, we are dedicated to providing our customers with everyday essentials as well as health and beauty products, delivered directly to your door. Our number 1 priority is the health, wellbeing, and safety of our staff. Our office team including our entire customer service team are working from home and our incredible warehouse team has implemented every recommended health & safety guideline which is reviewed daily by our team of experts to ensure the strictest hygienic of pick/pack environments.

Are there delays with delivery times?
Yes, Australia Post had advised that they are experiencing delays due to a significant increase in parcel volumes, reduction in air freight & abiding by social distancing requirements. Read more on Australia Post here.
Can I still order from Nourished Life?
Yes, you can. Our whole office, including our entire customer service team, is practical social distancing and working from home, and our incredible warehouse team continues to pack and dispatch orders.
Orders will ship as usual. However, extra safety precautions implemented in our warehouse mean that our dispatch time has been extended slightly, and is now up to 4 business days.
What precautions are you taking with your warehouse staff?
We've implemented every health and safety guideline relating to safe delivery practices and packing, and staff are following social distancing rules. Our warehouses are now operating for extended hours to accommodate split shifts, and warehouse staff are wearing gloves and thoroughly washing their hands before and after shifts. Regular hand sanitiser use is strongly encouraged.
Our team of experts also reviews operations daily to ensure that hygiene practices are strictly enforced and upheld.
Do border restrictions apply to your online orders?
The border restrictions currently in place in some Australian states do not apply to the postal service. All our orders are shipped through Australia Post, who continues to deliver Australia-wide and follows stringent safe delivery practices.
Do you have any "bulk buying" restrictions?
Our stock supplies are high, and we therefore have not implemented bulk buying restrictions on most of our products. The exception to this is our natural hand sanitisers, which are currently limited to 2 bottles per order to ensure it is accessible to as many people as possible.
