Thanks to Jullie O'Toole who kindly submitted one of her favourite kitchen-cupboard skincare recipes. This face mask couldn't be simpler to make and works so well that Julie has been using it since 1973!
1 tablespoon of skimmed milk powder
1 teaspoon of honey
1. Separate the egg yolk and white. If you have young or greasy skin, use the white - for older or dryer skin, use the yolk.
2. Mix the ingredients together to form a paste
3. Apply the mixture to your face and relax for 20 minutes before rinsing with lukewarm water.
For sensitive skin or those prone to breakouts, we'd recommend using active Manuka honey for its soothing and anti-bacterial properties.
