5 Ways You Didn't Know You Could Use Activated Charcoal

Charcoal really is just one of those natural ingredients that can do almost anything. With so many uses, from an amazing teeth whitener to an effective air purifier, Activated Charcoal is an incredibly versatile natural health supplement which can be safely consumed as well as used on the skin. But what is Activated Charcoal? Sometimes it feels like I have covered almost every Charcoal topic, from the benefits of brushing your teeth with Charcoal to the top 10 uses of Charcoal powder for your body and your home. Even so, every now and then a new Charcoal product turns up and surprises me, and I end up finding out about brand new ways of using this powerful natural ingredient.

1. Filter you water
