Needs getting used to
"I really like this product even though all my first instincts say I'm not liking it... wait until you dry your hair! For one, it's a conditioner so it's not going to do a lot for your "volume" when you're thinking root lift. But it is great when your fine hair isn't over moisturised and looking like an oil slick right after drying. It can be hard to get used to, as it's one of those ones that work form the inside out so you won't have a super soft and smooth feel while it's still wet (in fact it's knotty and difficult until you comb your hair out) but once it's dry you can absolutely feel the wonders it's done to your hair. I am an ex hairdresser, so maybe I have a bit more patience with this kind of product, but I seriously find it's worth the little extra trouble of combing your hair - I use a bit of the leave in of the same brand to help - to get hair that feels silky and amazing to the touch when dry, without being weighed down with a whole heap of "conditioning agents"."
Expected more for the price and the hype!
"I went through this conditioner so fast as my hair just didn't feel softened- often felt dry afterwards and so I'd have to follow up with a second go or a mask! I've had much cheaper brands that have felt much nicer! Shame because I really wanted to love yarok! I wish you did more miniature samples of your shampoos and conditioners - esp the higher priced ones so that we can try before investing big!"
Volumising but not moisturising
"This conditioner is pretty awesome ... It definitely adds volume. As those of us with fine/thin hair know you can't have super soft, silky hair as this leaves hair flat ... So, this conditioner is not very moisturising & leaves hair feeling a little dry however that's the pay off for more voluminous hair in my opinion."

"It smells smokey. While the shampoo is awesome this conditioner doesn't cut the mustard. You need a lot to feel like your hair is moisturised."
