"This cleanser is OK but doesn't really feel like it is cleansing so I'm a bit disappointed I spent my money on it. I use my enjo makeup removers to take makeup off first and then even with a konjac sponge this doesn't feel like it cleans well and I cleanse again with it"
A lovely cleanser for sensitive and/or dry skin
"I have acne prone and somewhat sensitive skin. My skin also tends to get very dry and flaky, especially after using face washes. This is the first cleanser that hasn't left my face feeling or looking dry and stripped of all moisture. It actually leaves my skin feeling already moisturised. So far I'm very happy with it. However, if I do wear make up, which isn't often, I will use a face wipe (WotNot) to remove my make up first and sometimes a different cleanser. But as a general cleanser it does the job."
Holy grail for sensitive skin
"I've searched for years for a cleanser which is compatible with my sensitive, acne prone skin (oily combination). This leaves my skin feeling soothed, smooth and wonderful. Clean and fresh but not stripped. My skin tends to go a little crazy in winter and I get breakouts (predominantly whiteheads) due to the dry air. This cleanser has kept things balanced and in check. I think the inclusion of lactic acid in the ingredients list has a lot to do with this. Overall, top marks from me! I have been using this in combination with the Happy Skincare "Over the moon" rich repair cream and my skin has developed a delightful dewy glow. I'm 30 years old and never before has my skin looked this healthy in winter or just in general."
