    Switch Nutrition’s Inositol delivers a 40:1 ratio of Myo-Inositol to D-Chiro Inositol, supporting hormone balance, insulin sensitivity, and emotional wellbeing.

    This natural compound aids in healthy glucose metabolism, serotonin production, and nervous system regulation helping to reduce stress and promote restful sleep.

    Consume 2 - 4 servings per day before food, before bed or as recommended by your healthcare provider.

    Mix 1 scoop (1000 mg) in 250 - 350ml of water.

    Do not exceed more than 4 serves per day.
