    Product Description

    Renowned by Taoists as a leading immune-supporting herb, turkey tail is traditionally used to boost qi, support bone health, tone the liver, and nourish gut health. SuperFeast Turkey Tail Mushrooms are carefully water-extracted and sourced Di Dao from China’s Changbai Mountains.

    Also known as trametes mushroom, turkey tail is found worldwide and has been used across many ancient cultures. Ancient Taoists prized it for its ability to dispel wind and dampness, support the spleen, lung, and liver, and increase stamina. It was often prescribed for conditions related to yang deficiency.

    In Mexico, Asia, and among Indigenous Australians, turkey tail has been used to treat infections and skin fungal conditions. Its widespread growth reflects its strong medicinal value.

    Turkey tail is one of the most rigorously studied medicinal mushrooms, with several human studies supporting its role in immune health and as an adjunct in medical treatments.

    Adults: Take 1.4g (½ teaspoon) once to twice a day.

    Stir into hot water or plant milk for an instant tonic tea. Works well in hot or cold drinks, broths and meals.
