    Product Description
    This SuperFeast I Am Gaia is a combination of the most revered and potent tonic herbs traditionally used in Oriental medicine to sustain and invigorate feminine health. To put it more simply, it is created as a 'multivitamin' herbal tonic just for women, which has been carefully crafted to support all the organ systems of women's bodies. It is also designed to offer deep nourishment to the mind and spirit, which are foundational to women's health.

    This delicious, very gentle, adaptogenic blend is believed to to nourish the hormones and Yin (female) essence, which includes building blood and moving it through the liver, spleen, kidneys and heart, supporting the immune system, regulating the hormones, stabilising the mood, improving the flow of water through the body, and "opening the heart centre (Shen) to bring lightness to the heart".

    Contraindicated in cases of diarrhea due to Spleen deficiency. Best taken in combination with QI blend (or take QI first, then Gaia) in these cases.
