    Product Description

    SuperFeast cordyceps is produced via a unique liquid fermentation and is sustainably grown. Traditionally used in Chinese medicine, cordyceps tonifies and strengthens the lungs, nourishes and fortifies the kidneys, and enhances general health and wellbeing.

    Considered a life-enhancing herb, it nourishes both yin and yang and is revered as a superior herb in the Taoist tonic herbal tradition.

    In Taoist herbalism, cordyceps is also used to increase physical performance. Experience reduced recovery time after exertion and cultivate an overall robust feeling in body, mind, and spirit when using this mushroom. It’s also an immunological powerhouse and a great herb to strengthen our capacity for the ultimate source of life and energy - the breath.

    Cordyceps powder is often used to help combat coughs and phlegm. It may support the prevention of cold and flu and assist during recovery stages (avoid if you have an active fever).

    Traditionally used in traditional Chinese medicine to:

    • Enrich, nourish, tonify, fortify, and strengthen kidneys
    • Help enhance and promote general health and wellbeing
    • Tonify, nourish, strengthen, and replenish lungs

    Adults: Take 1.2g (½ teaspoon) once to twice a day.

    Stir into hot water or plant milk for an instant tonic tea. Works well in hot or cold drinks, broths, and meals.

    Cordyceps sinensis (Cultivated CS-4 mycellium) 10:1 extract powder.
