This Retreatment Botanics Calm Essential Oil Blend is the signature scent of the award-winning Gaia Retreat & Spa. A sensory blend of soft, warm, woody Sandalwood, earthy, sweet Patchouli, fresh, floral Ylang Ylang, refreshing Lemon Myrtle, gentle, uplifting Mandarin and fresh, sharp Lime, it is formulated to create a fragrant environment of tranquillity and calm.

The Retreatment Botanics range has been developed by Olivia Newton-John, in conjunction with top natural skincare scientists, for guests at her Gaia Retreat & Spa, winner of the 2018 Global Hotel of the Year at the 12th annual World Luxury Hotel Awards.

How to use

Add 3-5 drops to water in a diffuser or oil burner for a calming environment.

Tip: Relaxing oil diffusion therapy is a great way to unwind from a hectic day and restore your sense of calm. After placing oil in a diffuser or oil burner, find a comfortable position and close your eyes. You may wish to sit in your favourite chair, wrapped in a soft blanket, or perhaps you might like to lie down. Choose whatever is most comfortable for you. As the herbal aroma begins to fill the air around you, take several slow, restorative breaths. Feel your inner peace begin to surface from deep within, releasing tension from your abdomen first. Allow your shoulders to drop, and your facial muscles to relax. Continue deep breathing while each part of your body takes this well-deserved break, feeling a sense of gentle peace. Now is also a good time to mediate. When you feel ready, begin to awaken slowly, opening your eyes last.

"You can instantly tell that a lot of work has gone into the development and balancing of this premium blend. Some say it's a hefty price for a blend and I agree, the bottle could be much bigger. But you must realise that an extensive amount of work has put in to achieve this stunning result for the relaxing and grounding effects on both body and soul. Think of the most relaxing, peaceful place in Australia and that's where it takes you. For me it leaves any doterra or high end oil company blends, in some good old Australian bush dust!"

Great smell but so expensive

"Smell is divine and accurately represents the Australian bush. So relaxing and calming. Only downside is the cost for 10ml. If I could find an Eco blend that smelt like this, I'd would buy it as my work has dropped off and its hard to justify the cost."
