The team explained the issue is with the first batch of formula and they've immediately sent me replacement refills. Useless don’t waste your money
"Pump does not work and not foaming. Just a watery mess and doesn’t even smell nice. In cooler weather the “soap” solidifies. A complete waste of money"

"Would have given it 5 stars if the actual pump itself was a little bigger - only pumps out a small amount so you need to give it a few pumps to get enough to cover your hands. However I will not go back to buying other pump soap again!"
It’s ok
"Although I’m a little disappointed in this, I do like the concept and the dispenser is lovely. I’m just finding that I need at least two or three pumps to get any kind of lather so it’s not going to be as cost effective as I thought. I’m going to persevere though because I do feel it’s gentler on my skin and less drying than other hand wash I’ve used, so four stars for that!"
