"Really glad to have found to something to help after birth if my baby"
"Using it after 2 kids in 18 months, seems to be working well so far"
"My physio recommend these becuase they made sure I was using the correct muscles when doing my exercises. I found the single really helpful & now using the heavier MEDIball."
"For all those that are saying how this ball doesnt 'do anything' I would say that its likely they have really good pelvic floor? I cant actually keep this ball in and have been recommended to buy the double and sleep with it to really gain back my pelvic floor. I had a pretty traumatic birth first time and the 2nd pregnancy just put pressure on something that wasnt great at the beginning. I am going to seek professional advice and hoping that they recommend to use these balls at the same time. But yep, I dont think these balls necessarily 'dont work' but id say for some women theyre pelvic floor is very good. vs mine- where this came straight out! I need to strengthen it to get it to a place where I could hold it in!"
"The first time I used this it fell out straight away, I don’t know if I was using too much lubrication. But it was definitely a challenge for me. Using it to try and fix a collapsed fall post birth"
"can't feel it all, sometimes I forget its there until I go to toilet & discover it! I don't think this is doing anything for me. I was hoping it would help address issues after child birth caused collapsed vaginal wall. That may why I can't feel the mediball & have no issue keeping it up there. Wish I had of tried the double instead. I will keep researching my options. I think there are better products available."
"It doesnt even try to fall out, so it does absolutely nothing for me. I purchased the case and the balls. What a waste of $80! Youd be better off with doing pelvic floor excercises. Very pricey for what it is. Very disappointed"
"Have only used a few times so will persist more. To date the ball has been easy to use, stay in no issue but the single seems to small and ineffective."
"I was apprehensive at first, but the MEDIball was easy to insert & remove. Initially the feeling of the weighted balls inside the device felt strange, but with continued use I feel strength returning to pelvic floor. Worth the investment."
