    "Tastes disgusting. Doesn't matter what I try to mix it with, it is not palatable. I don't know how they can claim it is great tasting. It is not. When I do manage to take it, I do notice a small improvement in energy levels. The awful sour, metallic taste is enough of a deterrent, I won't buy it again. There are capsules in other brands that are just as effective."
