    Nutra Organics Australian Gelatin is rich in collagen protein to support tissue building and repair. It promotes gut wellbeing and digestive balance, and is made from sustainably sourced Australian grass-fed bovine. Unflavoured and easy to incorporate into both sweet and savoury dishes, it’s a natural way to top up on essential amino acids that help support wellness from within.

    If you prefer drinking gelatin: For a single serving, add approximately 1 tablespoon (10g) to your liquid of choice (tea, coffee, juice), hot or cold. If desired, you can "bloom" the gelatin before adding it to your liquid.

    To make set gelatin: Bloom the gelatin by adding approximately 1/4 cup (40g) to 1/2 cup of water (a 1:2 ratio), and stir until an even texture is achieved. Add the bloomed gelatin to 250ml of any hot liquid along with your preferred flavouring, and stir until fully dissolved. Pour the mixture into a mould and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.

    Note: Reduce the amount of gelatin for a softer set or increase it for a firmer set.
