Overpowering smell and drying
"I wanted a super simple "basic" cleanser to use after oil cleansing. The scent of this is so overpowering and heavy on the rose. Really unpleasant. i only managed to use it for a few days before I couldn't stand it anymore. I also found that it really dried my skin and it felt stripped. I had to go heavy on skin oils and moisturisers to repair for about a week afterwards. Back to the Lavera Basis for me - much gentler."

"This is a very light foaming cleanser, left my face feeling very fresh and soft without any dryness or residue and it has a faint, pleasant rose scent. I’m not sure if this would work very well with heavy makeup removal or those who want their skin to feel REALLY clean, but if you have sensitive skin or dryness and you don’t like cream cleansers then this is a good option."
