    "Horrid packaging, it makes it almost impossible to get the balm out and it leaks the oil from the lid in any slight warm tempt making it incredibly messy and inconvenient. Haven’t found the bam to work well either in terms of keeping odour at bay and feels very wet again with any heat. Would not buy or recommend again"
