How to use

Add 75ml of hot water to a cup or bowl and prepare 4g (1.5 tsp) of matcha powder (for increased energy, double the serving size). Whisk or froth until smooth and creamy. Then add 225ml of your choice of hot or cold milk. Add ice if desired, then stir and enjoy.
