    Product Description

    Take 1 teaspoonful daily before a meal. Stir into a glass of water or juice. Can also be sprinkled on rice or pasta dishes, in soups or salads, or added to any meal.

    Adult dose: 1 teaspoon in water, smoothie or your favourite drink. Can be taken multiple times a day.

    Children 6-12 years: ½ adult dose.

    "Unfortunately I just couldn't stand the taste of this one! I tried in on cereal, with yoghurt and in smoothies but couldn't disguise the 'grass' smell and taste. Friends love it though and rave about the positive way it's helped their inflammation and health. I'll have to try some of their recipes!"
