My Ultimate Fave Cleanser
"I have tried numerous amounts of cleansers and this is the only one which I have found really gets into my skin. I mean, not all skin types are going to react the same. I have an oily t-zone and am prone to acne along my jaw line, so this works wonders for me. Plus, after 2 years of wearing masks pretty much 80% of my every day, my skin dried out quite a bit from the nose down but my t-zone maintained it's oily presence. Using this cleanser certainly helped balance out my skin. I pair this with the Grown Alchemist Balancing Toner after I cleanse, and then either The Jojoba Company Ultimate Day Cream (if I do my face routine in the morning) or the Crop Nourishing Night Cream (if I do my face routine at night after work, which I don't think is available anymore on Nourished Life) but I have paired it with the Antipodes Avocado Pear Nourishing Night Cream which also works a treat. :) I highly recommend all of these products."
Reduced redness!
"This cleanser is so gentle, yet so effective at cleaning off makeup. I was using another wonderful charcoal cleanser by Mineral Fusion - but I didn’t realise that it was too harsh for my sensitive skin. It so happened I ran out one day and started using this one by La Mav as it was sitting in the cupboard in case of a rainy day. I noticed after about a week my redness was reduced noticeably. And now after 8 months or so, my skin is so much clearer and redness reduced dramatically. It’s a beautiful end of day cleanser for an oily/combo/sensitive skin - especially if you wear make up."
Unfortunately did not agree with
"Unfortunately did not agree with my skin. I use the LaMav foundation which I absolutely love so thought I would try their cleanser as my usual one was out of stock and the LaMav was on sale. I broke out so will stick to the 100% pure lavender oatmilk. Would recommend but not to acne prone."
