    Herbs of Gold Magnesium Night Plus is a delicious citrus berry flavoured drink that contains high strength Magnesium plus Passionflower and California Poppy. Passionflower is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve symptoms of mild anxiety and as an antispasmodic. and California Poppy is an analgesic to relieve pain.

    Magnesium supports healthy muscle contraction function, muscle health and a healthy stress response in the body. It also assists sugar metabolism and supports nervous system, bone and heart health. Magnesium Night Plus contains 320mg of Magnesium per serve from Magnesium Citrate and Magnesium Glycinate, well-absorbed forms of Magnesium.
