    Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B-5, as Calcium Pantothenate) 100mg, Pyridoxine (Vitamin B-6, as 5-phosphate) 30mg, Biotin (Vitamin B-7) 100mcg, Levomefolic Acid (Vitamin B-9, as Levomefolate Calcium) 400mcg, Mecobalamin (Vitamin B-12) 500mcg. Hypromellose (Plant Capsule), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Calcium Hydrogen Phosphate Dihydrate, and Colloidal Anhydrous Silica, Purified Water.

    Vitamins should not replace a balanced diet. Stop taking this medication if you start to experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible (contains Vitamin B-6).
