Wash and dry feet prior to use. Remove the foot mask booties from the pouch, unfold and tear along the perforation in the middle. Put your feet in the bootie and tighten at the ankle with the adhesive strip. Relax for 15 minutes, or longer if desired. Remove the booties and gently Massage remaining lotion into feet.
