"I use the magnesium spritz with the cream and massage it in to painful areas. It fixed a nerve area in my arm that I’ve had for years. The pain decreased every time I used it until I noticed I no longer have it and still don’t. I used the same combo on my 90 year old Mum by massaging it into her shoulder. She felt relief immediately. We kept it up for a week and she was astounded. Nothing else has worked that she said to me."

"This spray is amazing. I use it on all my aches and pains and it helps to ease them or take them away. If I get a bruise I apply this on the bruise and it helps to take the pain away and reduces the healing time significantly. The only problem I have had is the spray nozzle stopped working after a little while because of the magnesium build up I think. I would recommend cleaning after each use to avoid this problem"
