Containing gentle, skin-healing Zinc Oxide and anti-fungal Horopito, it also contains Beeswax, which is antibacterial, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory. "I use Ecostore nappy balm under my breasts and under my arms when I get dobey’s itch from in summer, only thing that has ever cleared it up , but I think should be renamed for use as a remedy for chafing, since the popularity of disposable nappies there would be far less nappy rash , but chafing in all ages is still a problem."
