Sweet Orange Pure Essential Oil:
Uplifts the senses and eases tension and stress.

Lime Pure Essential Oil:
A fresh citrus scent, detoxifying to the system, stimulating and refreshing to a tired mind.

Bergamot Pure Essential Oil:
A refreshing citrus scent to support general wellbeing and promote energy flow.

How to use

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to your diffuser. You can also blend two or all three essential oils.

Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.

Massage: Use a 1-2% dilation. Always patch test first. May cause irritation.

Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower.

Topically: Mix 1 drop with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists, chest or back of the neck.

Is this suitable for use during pregnancy?
Use this oil with care. It is best used in a diffuser or diluted with a carrier oil (at a 1% ratio). Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner.

Is this suitable for children?
Essential oils are considered too strong for use on babies' skin (0-24 months) and can be overwhelming for their developing systems. When using in a diffuser, use fewer drops than you would for an adult (e.g. 2-3 drops).

Is this suitable to use around pets?
Not recommended for use around pets.

Can this oil be ingested?
Essential oils should not be taken internally unless you have consulted with a health professional or aromatherapist first.
