Three of ECO. Modern Essentials' best-selling essential oils and blends to help soothe the mind and body. Sit back, relax and unwind. Rotate the use of individual oils or be creative and blend them together.

Includes:

Lavender Pure Essential Oil:
A light, floral, woody scent. Well-known for its relaxing, nurturing, calming and soothing qualities. Can benefit the skin, mind and body.

Sleep Essential Oil Blend:
Be gently calmed and soothed at bedtime with mandarin, lavender, frankincense, ylang ylang and chamomile. Formulated to encourage sleep.

Calm & Destress Essential Oil Blend:
A serene blend of orange, patchouli and sandalwood to help relieve stress, relax the body, and calm and soothe the mind.

How to use

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to your diffuser. You can also blend two or all three essential oils.

Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.

Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower.

Bath: Add 2-3 drops to a dispersant such as oil, then add to the bath.

Topically: Mix 1 drop with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists, chest or back of the neck.

Pillow: Add 1 drop to your pillow before going to bed.

Is this suitable for use during pregnancy?
Use this oil with care. It is best used in a diffuser or diluted with a carrier oil (at a 1% ratio). Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner.

Is this suitable for children?
Essential oils are considered too strong for use on babies' skin (0-24 months) and can be overwhelming for their developing systems. When using in a diffuser, use fewer drops than you would for an adult (e.g. 2-3 drops).

Is this suitable to use around pets?
Citrus and ylang ylang essential oils are not recommended for use around pets.

Can this oil be ingested?
Essential oils should not be taken internally unless you have consulted with a health professional or aromatherapist first.

Calm & Destress Essential Oil Blend: Citrus sinensis, Citrus aurantium amara, Pogostemon cablin, Santalum spicatum.
