    Product Description
    A soft, balancing and warming blend reflective of the easygoing, charming and diplomatic nature of Libra spirits. Combining sweet orange, bergamot, frankincense, palmarosa and cardamom, this balancing yet uplifting blend possesses antibacterial properties and encourages good communication.

    Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to your diffuser.

    Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.

    Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower.

    Bath: Add 2-3 drops to a dispersant such as oil, then add to the bath.

    Topically: Mix 1 drop with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists, chest or back of the neck.

    Is this suitable for use during pregnancy?

    Use this oil with care. Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner.

    Is this suitable for children?

    This blend contains lemongrass, which can be a skin irritant for children. Essential oils are considered too strong for use on babies' skin (0-24 months) and can be overwhelming for their developing systems. When using in a diffuser, use fewer drops than you would for an adult (e.g. 2-3 drops).

    Is this suitable to use around pets?

    Not recommended for use around pets.

    Can this oil be ingested?

    Essential oils should not be taken internally unless you have consulted with a health professional or aromatherapist first.
