    Product Description
    Embrace your inner spirit with this beautiful and exotic blend of sweet orange, ylang ylang, patchouli and lime. Inspiring individuality, confidence and freedom of mind to let your soul run free.

    Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to your diffuser.

    Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.

    Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower.

    Bath: Add 2-3 drops to a dispersant such as oil, then add to the bath.

    Topically: Mix 1 drop with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists, chest or back of the neck.

    Sun exposure warning:
    When applying citrus essential oils or blends that contain citrus topically, avoid direct sunlight for 12 hours as they may cause photosensitivity.

    Not recommended for use during pregnancy.

    Essential oils are considered too strong for use on babies' skin (0-24 months) and can be overwhelming for their developing systems. When using in a diffuser, use fewer drops than you would for an adult (e.g. 2-3 drops).

    "I made a bulk purchase of Eco Aroma oils without having tried them before. This scent, much like the others, has a slight chemical smell about it. As I have used other brands of essential oils for around a year, I feel that there is something a bit unusual about these Eco oils (I can't quite pinpoint the problem since they are described as being 100% pure and unadulterated). I will not purchase any more Eco oils except perhaps those from their Australian Botanicals range."

    "I use Polson ace of perfumes and this oil is a beautiful fresh and natural fragrance that lasts for a couple of hours. You can put it in an atomiser spray with a bit of water to mist your clothing also."
