Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to your diffuser.

Perfume: Add 5 drops to a 10ml rollerball and fill with desired carrier oil. Apply to wrists and neck as a natural perfume.

Shower: Add 2 drops to the corner of the shower.

Is this suitable for use during pregnancy?

This blend contains clary sage and rose, which are not recommended for use during pregnancy. However, it is safe to use in the last few weeks of pregnancy and during labor if desired. Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner.
