"Just be careful – the packet says 1 tbs twice a day from memory but start small and work up! I got headaches and tummy pain and then googled and realised this can happen if you start too much too soon – mega detox!! I just mix in with cereal or put a bit in my drink bottle. Love it"

"Surprised that it was twice as fine as the "Love Your Gut" version of the same thing. Can hardly feel this one as you swallow it, mixed in water. Less muddy taste, too. This is the only one I'll buy from now. Only ISSUE: the packet is too small for how much powder is stuffed in, which makes powder puff out in a cloud when you open the top of pouch, for first dozen uses. Not good, since we shouldn't breathe that cloud in!"
