"I’ve been using the Dr Hauschka Soothing Day Lotion for awhile now, and I would definitely recommend it for people with irritated or sensitive skin. The packaging looks so luxurious, and I love the gold-toned pump. The scent of the lotion is really nice, without being overwhelming. It definitely feels soothing when you put it on, helps reduce redness, and it also works very well as a makeup base. I also love that it’s vegan!"

I have visibly dry and red facial skin and using a small amount each morning after cleansing and toning has helped me target these two significant areas for me. The only drawback for me is the smell from the lotion, everything else works well except the smell. "The first thing I noticed about the Soothing Day Lotion is it’s eco conscious and luxurious packaging. I love a glass bottle I can reuse once a product is finished and the gold pump is just the right amount of prettiness. Every pump of this lotion is perfectly measured and I find during the day I only need one. I like two at night for extra hydration and the lingering fragrance of marshmallow and raspberry. Almost good enough to eat. It gives just the right amount of hudration, and just like the name says, its super soothing on my fussy skin. Goes great under makeup and sunscreen. Nicely absorbed without any residue. I even caught my husband using it. An all round amazing product from a great brand. Highly recommend!"
"I received this as a sample and I haven't used it yet. I'm sure it's lovely, it smells delightful, but I'm shocked that there is no warning from NL that this product contains peanut oil. It's in the ingredients list as Arachis Hypogaea Oil. If you have peanut allergies this is probably one to avoid."
