"Super helpful and strong menthol balm that’s great for interrupting tension headaches if used on the temples and back of the neck. It’s also great for muscle aches and pains in my knees and back at times post-workout or injury. You do have to be very careful to avoid touching your eyes (or other sensitive areas!) for a loooooong time after use though, as it is very resistant to being fully washed off once it has seeped into your fingers, it’s there for hours! I use it mostly before bed. It is quite sticky though, so it will get on your sheets and clothing and settle in too, so don’t be using your good silk *anything* at the same time! Lol"
